What we supply

Five lines, ordered together and delivered together

Rice carries real depth — four grade families, thirteen grades. The other four are honestly thinner, and are laid out to suit that rather than padded to match.

01

Contracted at origin

Products are sourced directly from approved mills and producers in India.

02

Imported and cleared

Shipments are imported on our account and cleared through Jeddah and Dammam.

03

Stocked and delivered

Products are held in Saudi warehouses and dispatched against customer orders.

Milled rice in an open woven sack with a metal scoop

01 · Thirteen grades across four product families.

Rice

Rice is our largest product line by volume, with the remaining categories supplied alongside it.

Purchase contracts are placed directly with rice mills at origin. Crop and lot are agreed before milling, so grain length, moisture and polish are fixed against a written specification rather than negotiated after arrival.

That is what makes a grade repeatable order to order. A catering kitchen cooking mandi on Tuesday gets the same result it got last Tuesday, because it is the same lot specification and not merely the same product name.

  • Sella and golden sella

Parboiled long grain. It holds its shape in mandi, kabsa and biriyani, which is why it is the largest line by volume — mainly into catering kitchens.

  • Steam basmati

Softer, quicker to cook. Packed in 5 kg and 10 kg units and in catering sacks.

  • Parmal, long and short grain

The value grade, shipped as graded lots so a catering kitchen gets the same result every week.

  • South Indian varieties

Already moving in volume, into kitchens cooking to a South Indian menu.

02 · Lentils, chickpeas, beans and split pulses.

Pulses

Lentils, chickpeas, beans and split pulses, bought from the processor and graded before packing.

Contracted directly with pulse processors in India. Grading happens before packing, so what reaches a kitchen has already been sorted rather than sorted again on arrival.

Pulses move on the same container and the same delivery as rice, which is most of why they are worth carrying: a kitchen ordering both places one order and receives one vehicle.

Ground spices in an open market display

03 · Whole and ground spices for commercial use.

Spices

Whole and ground spices for commercial use, blended to a customer specification where required.

Bought from spice houses at origin. Whole and ground lines are both carried, and blends are made to a customer's own specification — a caterer running a fixed menu can hold one blend rather than six components.

Spice is the smallest line by weight and the one where specification matters most, so it is written down before it is bought.

ANANI-branded sunflower oil and refined cooking oil

04 · Sunflower, corn and vegetable oils.

Edible oils

Sunflower, corn and vegetable oils in tins, jerry cans and drums, held in their own warehouse bays.

Sunflower, corn and vegetable oil, in the formats a kitchen actually decants from. Oils are racked in dedicated bays, separated from dry goods, because a leak in a rice pallet is a written-off pallet.

Ordered on the same purchase order as the dry lines and delivered on the same vehicle.

05 · Frozen meat products maintained under temperature-controlled storage and transport.

Frozen

Frozen meat products maintained under temperature-controlled storage and transport, on their own delivery cycle.

Frozen is a live line, not a plan. Meat is held in temperature-controlled space alongside the dry racking and the oil bays, and moves under temperature control from intake to delivery.

It travels on its own cycle. An order covering all five lines arrives as two deliveries against one purchase order — one ambient, one frozen — because putting them on one vehicle would mean compromising one of them.
